Travis E. Fowers, CPIM

President and Chairman of the Board

Travis joined Systems Implementers in June, 2004 and was appointed Vice President in August, 2009. Travis was promoted to President in February, 2014 and is responsible for the overall success of the Company. He is a leader in strategic business planning, business process improvement and reengineering, enterprise architecture, logistics and supply chain management, information systems analysis and implementation in the Department of Defense.

Travis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting/Audit-Financial from Weber State University. He is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through The Educational Society for Resource Management.

Janet Swanson

Chief Financial Officer

Janet joined Systems Implementers in August, 2001 and was promoted to CFO in January 2006. Janet oversees all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization; including financial forecasting, budgets, and payroll. Janet provides executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. She maintains strong relationships with our Teaming Partners to ensure all financial agreements are executed. She also manages the Human Resources Department and resides at the corporate office in Tucson, AZ.

Doug Babb, OCM

Chief IT Systems Architect

Doug joined Systems Implementers in June, 2002. He brings over 32 years’ experience in architecture, management, development and support of Information Technology (IT) systems including hybrid clouds with not one failed project. Doug has over 19 years’ experience with Oracle E-Business Applications Suite (eBS), Oracle Peoplesoft, IBM Maximo and Impresa. He is one of a few world-wide distinguished IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) Subject Matter Experts (SME) with experience in a variety of Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DoE), retail, automotive, real estate, manufacturing, legal, warranty, finance, accounting, health care, inventory management, and marketing systems.

He is a Certified Information Technology Architect Professional (CITA-P), Distinguished Master Architect (ITAC), Oracle Certified Master DBA (OCM), Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), EMC Proven Professional Cloud Architect (EMCCA), EMC IT-as-a-Service Planning and Design (EMCCAe) and a VMware Certified Design Expert – Cloud (VCDX-Cloud). Doug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems & Technologies from Weber State University and an Innovation Master Series degree from Stanford University.

Vaughn Elkins, CPIM

Director of Operations

Vaughn joined Systems Implementers in August, 2004 and was appointed Director of Operations in July, 2012. Vaughn oversees the functional activities related to production, operations and general processes for Systems Implementers at the OO-ALC at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. His responsibilities include directing activities for the sustainment of the Impresa MRO system and relative processes in the 309 CMXG and 309 MMXG groups along with directing the Impresa MRO implementation efforts and program timelines in the 309 EMXG group.

Vaughn received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance from Weber State University.

Jim McGregor

Director of Software and Data Management

Jim joined Systems Implementers in October, 2016. He brings over 15 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, business intelligence, and data warehousing. Jim manages the Software Engineering and Data Management functions for the Impresa MRO system. He is responsible for software lifecycle management, programming, system certification and compliance, records/data management policies and interface management.

Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems & Technology from Weber State University.

Doug Slade

Program Manager

Doug joined Systems Implementers in August, 2005 bringing 20 years of Finance and Cost Accounting experience to our team. He currently supports Hill Air Base Depot Commodities Maintenance management with their Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) process improvement, data analysis, and systems support requirements.

Doug received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and also received his certification in Production and Inventory Management through APICS.

Ryan Pugsley, CPIM

Program Manager

Ryan joined Systems Implementers in February, 2007 and manages the sustainment of the Impresa MRO system within the Landing Gear squadron at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Ryan provides on-site support to squadron and group level management. He is responsible for managing information-flow between the Government and contract employees, establishing and implementing work standards and processes to the Government in numerous training forums, providing oversight and training to Government management at various levels, recommending resolutions for process/program deficiencies, and incorporating industry best business practices.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Weber State University.

Bodi Anderson, CPIM

Program Manager

Bodi has been with Systems Implementers since May, 2004. He currently oversees the sustainment of the Impresa MRO software effort for two squadrons in the 309th CMXG group at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This involves working closely with civilian management teams to ensure best business practices are upheld and maintained on a daily basis. As Program Manager, Bodi functions in many different capacities that require a high level of customer support and service. This includes user support, process improvement projects, and management briefings.

Bodi received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and received CPIM certification from the APICS Association.
